It seems someone somewhere don't want common man of Goa to get justice in Goa itself,he wants to remove the Letter Patents Appeal,and keep only one option for the common man and that is to go to Supreme Court to challenge the decisions of single judge of Goa High Court.These are a group of guys who benefit from preventing common man from getting justice.They are well aware that to approach the hon'ble Supreme court of India one needs to have good financial support as just filing of a SLP or a appeal costs more than
50,000 and there are no limits as to how much the advocated would charge.Further once the matter is filed the charges of advocates are as per the number of hearings and for each hearing not less than 50,000 are charged.so a common man has to essentially buy justice and that too by spending all his livelihood,but don't worry soon he will be exposed.This guy(or guy's) are hiding behind a curtain called the "Goa Government".

Who has problems with Letters Patent Appeal being available to the citizens of Goa?? and who asked the Goa Government to remove the LPA?? obviously without somebodies request or direction such a step could not have been taken.
even if we blame it on someone from the ruling party,the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who is also the law minister,it cannot be believed at all. because The Chief Minister Mr.Manohar Parrikar is no expert in law to commit such a fraud with the People of Goa.Whoever he is will soon be exposed and the reasons why he did not wanted the letters patents appeal to be available to people of Goa.
Time has come!!
