Judicial Misconduct for Dummies-The Laughing judge-Part 2

You must have heard about the laughing Buddha,but a laughing judge is a different thing.

It’s a technique used by lawyers to dissuade and discourage common man from approaching courts for justice.

If fixing is done by his own lawyer, obviously with the opposite lawyer and the judge, the decision will be given against the common man,the common man then have only one option and that is to challenge the decision in
higher court.

But if he decides to go for a appeal,there are chances that the higher court will decide his matter judicially, so if the decision comes in the  favor of the common man, the contract executed between the lawyers and judges will break and they will not get the kickbacks they were assured of by the loosing party.

So this "laughing judge" technique is used by these lawyers and judges,this techniques is described as follows:

The person is told that If he files this case/appeal  against the decision of the lower court, the judge will laugh at you, now tell me who likes to see any one laughing at him? Obviously no one.if you insist too much the lawyers will take up your case but will ensure that you lose.

Now if it is a common man/layperson like me and you ,he will backoff at this stage, a judge laughing at a person is the worst and last thing anyone would like to have in his life.

And if the common man still believe that he may win the case as he may be aware of his legal position or the laws applicable to his case he will see possibility of winning,but since the person is aware of the laws the lawyers will refuse to take up the  matter  by giving the same reason that “the judge will laugh if this matter is filed”, in such case the common man will have no other option then to file the case in-person and appear before the court personally.

Now since he has filed the case/appeal before the court, the lawyers and the judge next will give him a once in a life time experience by laughing at him infront of all the lawyers and other litigants present in the court room.

The judge will laugh at him at the first instance he appears before the judge.

The judge will use the statements like “Whaat is thisss?, haaa haaa huu huuu,do you know what you are saying/written?,you should think before you say/write”.Actually these statements/questions are genuine,for example to the question “what is this?and do you know what you are saying/written? You could give a 3 hour talk explaining merits of you case,BUT yes there is a big but,and that is this,a common man when  encounters such questions and that too with such a tone,he feels that he is WRONG,because the person in front of him is a judge.

And as a result the common man gives up justice,only because of the laughing judge.

Anytime your lawyer said to you that judge will laugh at him or will laugh at you please let me know,because in all such instances the court cases are already fixed with the judges.
