Goa University Superior to the Supreme Court of India,Says Assisstant Registrar Exam(PG).

        A Protegee of Professor V.P Kamat, now thinks that Law Students are idiots and dumb like donkeys.A Law student filed an RTI application asking for CERTIFIED copies of his answerbook of the subject Constitution I,First Semester in LLB October 2013 examinations in view of the Honorable Supreme Courts Decision in Central Board of Secondary Edcuation V/s Aditya Bandopdhaya wherein the supreme court had held that Examinees/Students have right to obtain under RTI Act the certified copies of their answerbooks and not just
inspection/perusal.

But this mahagyani Assistant Registrar Exam(PG) of Goa University decided to treat the supreme court as having lower value then him and his boss the Professor V.P Kamat. 

Supreme court is thousand miles away from him so this Assistant Registrar Exam (PG) thinks that supreme court will never come to know how he fools the law students in here in Goa.

In the reply to the RTI Application this Assistant Registrar Exam (PG) told the student to apply for photocopies of answerbooks as per the circular and also pointed out the point No.9 of the said circular.

the point No.9 says :"9) The photocopies of answerbooks shall not be available under RTI Act.".

This is a willful and deliberate contempt of the Honorable Supreme Court of India.

further when the said student had applied for certified copies of his answerbooks and not inspection/perusal this Assistant Registrar Exam (PG) by asking the student to apply for photocopies as per circular also makes it obvious that as per point 6 of the circular the student should also specify the reason for application as for perusal only i.e only for inspection of his answerbooks and not taking the copies with them.

By this he wants to decide for the student what reason the student should have in their mind for applying for certified Copies of their answerbooks. 

not even an illegitimate father will decide what reason his childrens should have to apply for photocopies of answerbooks,the way Assistant Registrar has decided that the students should think the reason as "perusal only".

this is too much, even during the Portuguese rule Goan people could at least think what they want to think,as at that time there was no such thing as Asstt.Registrar Exam (PG) to impose what a person should think.
Now its time that Students of Goa make this Assistant Registrar of Goa University learn some Lessons.
