License File of Mahalsa Bar & Restaurant at sancoale which is shut down, went Missing!!

On revelation of the illegality involved in granting of the license to Shri, Suresh Basu Naik, the office of the Excise commissioner at panaji has taken a stance that the the file of the license is missing.
it is also informed that they are also making "efforts" to search the missing file.
